Superstar Play-by-Play our service provides custom sports voiceover clips. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit content or place an order. However, submissions may be made by individuals under 18 with verifiable permission from a parent or legal guardian. By submitting content on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms and takes full responsibility for the submission
3. User Submissions
You agree that:

You have rights to all content you upload (videos, names, numbers)

Nothing violates privacy, copyright, or trademark laws

We may reject any submission we deem inappropriate.
4. Voiceover Licensing
Once paid:

You get a non-exclusive, personal-use license to the clip

You may not resell or distribute the recording commercially

Talent retains rights to their voice and likeness

We may showcase anonymized samples unless you opt out
5. Payment & Delivery

Payment is due upfront

Clips are delivered within 30 days after batch recording

No refunds after recording unless due to our error
6. Intellectual Property
Do not submit team names, logos, or copyrighted content unless you have permission. We are not affiliated with any university or sports organization.
7. Disclaimers
This is an entertainment service. We are not liable for recording delays, content accuracy, or misuse of recordings.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Use this service at your own risk.
9. Privacy
We only collect info needed to complete your order. See Privacy Policy below.
10. Changes to Terms
