No Refund Policy

At Superstar Play-by-Play, each voiceover clip is custom-made based on the video and notes provided by the customer. Because these are personalized, made-to-order products, all sales are final.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Customer dissatisfaction based on announcer style or delivery

• Submission errors (e.g., wrong names, incorrect jersey numbers)

• Change of mind after purchase

• Delays caused by incomplete or unclear customer instructions

 Exceptions

A refund or re-recording will be offered only if:

• We make a material error in the clip (e.g. wrong player referenced)

• The clip is not delivered within the agreed timeframe and no communication has been made to address the delay

If you believe we made an error, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the clip by contacting Jeff@superstarplaybyplay.com with:

• Your order number

• The issue with the clip

• A description of the correction needed

We reserve the right to offer a corrected version instead of a full refund.
